South Texas Services provides weekly checks and walk arounds to determine what needs to be addressed to maintain a property in good condition and avoid costly repairs down the road.
A monthly fee is charged for this service and when issues that require attention are discovered, we will communicate with you to address the work. We see the work thru to completion and invoice accordingly.
